My Journey
I’ve been drawn to self-development since I was a teenager, but when I went to college, I started doing what I thought I should—instead of what truly felt right. I earned my degrees, built a career in accounting, and created a picture-perfect life by the beach in San Diego. From the outside, everything looked ideal. On the inside, I was unraveling.
That unraveling led me to therapy, yoga teacher training, and ultimately the decision to let go of a life that no longer felt true. I quit my job, ended a long-term relationship, and moved to Mexico—where I finally began to feel like myself.
Through that season, I discovered the power of deep conversation, presence, and soul-aligned living. That’s what brought me to life coaching. Today, I support others as they come home to themselves—just like I did and continue to do.
Coaching isn’t about fixing you—it’s about uncovering what’s already within.
